possesses a lifelong career in the food industry, with a track record of developing breakthrough growth
and margin enhancement strategies for both Foodservice and CPG firms. Her corporate career began
with a retail sales agency and continued with national and international food manufacturers in
progressive corporate strategy capacities. Consulting since 2000, Debra has earned the reputation as
a successful business transformation specialist. In addition to client services and  producing a series
of white papers, research and training seminars on behalf of industry associations and affiliates,
Debra is a member of
Women for MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer), International
Deli Dairy Bakery Association

Women's Foodservice Forum. Debra was
